According to the Prime Minister, 12 reforms were initiated in 2025 as part of the government program, which significantly reduced the time required to obtain permits for construction, land transfers, and licensing.
He also noted that over 30 new legislative acts were prepared this year, of which 16 have already been adopted, and 6 are under discussion in the Jogorku Kenesh. In addition, the president signed 10 decrees, and more than 30 decisions of the cabinet of ministers were made.
The head of the cabinet reminded that a new law "On Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic" was adopted to attract investments. The creation of the financial and investment zone "Tamchy," which will operate under English law, is currently underway.
"Bilateral development funds are actively operating in the country, such as the Kyrgyz-Russian, Azerbaijani, Hungarian, and Uzbek funds. They are financing about 4,000 projects throughout the republic," emphasized Kasymaliev.
