Simplification of the process at the Ministry of Transport
According to the government, obtaining permits for cargo transportation to China will now take only 10 minutes, whereas previously this process could take up to 24 hours.
This reduction in time has been made possible by the implementation of a new electronic system, e-Permit, for submitting applications and obtaining permits, as well as the launch of cashless payments through electronic wallets and the established exchange of information between government agencies via the "Tündük" platform.
It is worth noting that during 2025, Kyrgyzstan and China exchanged 130,000 forms of permits for road freight transportation.
