
During the visit, the minister held meetings with the leadership of major international financial centers such as Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The discussions focused on creating an independent regulatory environment, the operation of specialized financial courts, and methods for attracting international investments.

During the visit, Bakyt Sydykov met with Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade. The main focus was on the opportunities for expanding trade, economic, and investment cooperation between the two countries.
As a result of the working visit, advanced international practices were studied, which will assist in the further development of the institutional structure of the special financial investment territory "Tamchi."
- The special financial investment territory (SFIT) "Tamchi" was established in 2025 on the shores of Issyk-Kul. It provides for a special legal, tax, and currency regime aimed at attracting foreign investments in the field of digital assets, financial services, and tourism. Residents of this zone receive exemptions from most taxes for a period of up to 49 years.
