In Kyrgyzstan, the implementation of a digital system known as the "Unified Model of the Transportation Process" is underway. This information was provided by the press service of the state enterprise "NC Kyrgyz Temir Zholu."

The new system aims to integrate all stages of cargo transportation within a single software platform. The main objective of the project is to accelerate processes, enhance their transparency, and reduce the likelihood of errors.

The electronic system covers the entire cycle of cargo dispatch, starting from the acceptance of wagons at the Turksib station and ending with their subsequent transfer. All operations are automated and carried out within a single platform without the need for manual processing.

For the convenience of shippers and consignees, a "personal account" feature has been developed. With its help, clients can submit applications, track the status of their shipments, and interact with the railway remotely.

It is claimed that the transition to a digital format has allowed for a twofold reduction in the time required for document processing, minimizing the risks of errors and simplifying communication between participants in the process.

The program also takes into account the downtime of wagons, automatically calculates fees, generates reports for stations, and allows for revenue monitoring.
