Changes to the decree on the temporary ban on the export of oil and petroleum products beyond the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union have been made by the Cabinet of Ministers.

This decree pertains to the resolution adopted on March 1, 2021, under number 66.

According to the new provisions, certain types of fuel intended for processing at local oil refineries are now exempt from the ban.

The exceptions apply to products directed for processing at "China Petrol Company Junda" LLC and "Kyrgyzneftegaz" JSC. This list includes gasoline AI-92 (K-2), gasoline AI-80, diesel fuel (K-2), naphtha, fuel oil, and heating fuel.

At the same time, restrictions on the export of oil and petroleum products classified under the EAEU HS codes 2709 (crude oil) and 2710 (petroleum products) remain in effect for road and rail transport beyond the Eurasian Economic Union.

These changes will take effect from the moment of their official publication.
