Now, swap participants will be able to direct the funds received towards financing various projects that may be of interest to borrowers. There is also a provision for investing in the authorized capital of legal entities, including making contributions and purchasing shares or stocks.
It is important to note that participants must provide the authorized body with information about the projects that have been financed.
This regulatory act will come into effect in seven days.
