As part of the moratorium, state regulatory bodies will focus on consulting entrepreneurs, which will allow them to comply with legislation and provide recommendations and clarifications. It is important to note that consultations will take place without conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
However, as stated in the draft resolution of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, some inspections remain exceptions:
- in the framework of criminal and civil cases;
- upon requests from entrepreneurs that are subject to inspection in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan;
- upon requests from foreign government bodies;
- upon appeals from both individuals and legal entities;
- upon requests from officials of local authorities, in the presence of specific facts of legislative violations by entrepreneurs, confirmed by documents;
- during customs control;
- by tax authorities.
