According to data from the National Statistical Committee, in January and February 2026, 1,428 individual residential buildings were put into operation in Kyrgyzstan, with a total area of 198 thousand square meters.

The pace of housing construction increased by 8.2% compared to the same period last year. Investments in fixed capital reached 6 billion 102.4 million soms.
