Tariel Zhanibekov, the First Deputy Minister, conducted an inspection of the preparations for road works and the supply of necessary materials, including the section of the road from Balykchy to Barskoon to Karakol.
In accordance with previous agreements with Russia, the first batch of bitumen has already arrived at the construction sites and is being unloaded at the warehouses. It has been noted that 1,160 tons of bitumen have already been unloaded at the Zhel-Aryk and Kiyamat-Kyrkul bases, and 860 tons at the Shamal-Saiga base.
