Changes to Resolution No. 191 dated April 23, 2024, regarding the use of electronic navigation seals for tracking shipments in the EAEU, have been made by the government of Kyrgyzstan. The document was signed by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.

Now, customs and tax services will report directly to the cabinet of ministers, rather than the Ministry of Finance as was previously the case. Specific locations for customs control have also been approved, where navigation seals will be installed and removed during the transit and export of goods.

For road transport, navigation seals will be installed at the following accounting points: "Chaldybar - Road" (Panfilov District), "Ak-Zhol - Road" (Alamudun District), "Ak-Tilek - Road" (Ysyk-Ata District), "Chon-Kapka - Road" (Manas District), and "Karkyra - Road" (Tyup District).

As for rail transport, seals will be installed during the loading of cars at the siding tracks of nine stations: "Bishkek-1", "Alamudun", "Balykchy", "Kara-Balta", "Kainy", "Belovodskoye", "Shopokov", "Kant", and "Tokmok".

According to the new document, the removal of seals upon import must occur directly on the territory of the recipient of the goods for road transport and at the unloading tracks of the stations for rail transport.
