Azamat Shadmanov, the director of the Department of Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage Development, held a meeting with department heads involved in the implementation of state investments. The main topic of discussion was the plans for 2026 and the effective use of allocated funds. Meeting participants emphasized the importance of adhering to deadlines for project completion and achieving target indicators for providing the population with clean water.
During the meeting, both technical and financial aspects of current projects were reviewed. Responsible officials provided reports on the progress of work in villages where water supply systems are planned to be launched this year. Shadmanov stressed the need for rational expenditure of budgetary funds and timely financing of all construction stages.
As a result of the meeting, the department director instructed to expedite the development and approval of feasibility studies for new facilities. He also noted that strict adherence to construction norms, sanitary standards, and quality requirements is required during the execution of works. Control over the implementation of tasks related to the development of water supply and sewerage systems will be carried out on an ongoing basis to eliminate the risk of delays.
