During discussions with the Bishkek city administration, issues regarding the implementation of the project and the development of transport infrastructure in the airport area were considered.
According to the project, the length of the new road will be approximately 1.6 kilometers. It will run south of the current Bishkek - Manas airport road, and a roundabout will be created at the turn to the village of Mramorny for convenient exit.
The existing road will be used only for access to the "Manas-2" terminal and for servicing official delegations.
Currently, extensive reconstruction of the "Manas" airport terminal complex is also underway, during which the terminal area will be increased by 20,000 square meters.
In addition, a new covered parking lot for 650 spaces is being built, which will be connected to the terminal by a modern sky bridge, ensuring comfortable and safe movement of passengers at any time of the year.
