According to Chokoev, specialists from the joint-stock company "Uchkun" managed to implement four projects in just eight months: a passport, an identification card, a driver's license, and a technical passport.
- Starting today, we officially begin issuing documents of the new model. They incorporate more than 35 security features, including innovations that are being applied for the first time in global practice specifically in the passport system of Kyrgyzstan, - he noted.
Chokoev also spoke about a new security feature — transparent lines with a 3D image that, under certain lighting, show two suns. This effect has become unique for Kyrgyzstan and has attracted the interest of international experts.
The new documents also contain ultraviolet elements featuring natural symbols of the country, including the Aigul flower, phases of the Moon, Ala-Archa, and the Kirov Reservoir. Additionally, some details, such as metallic lines and tactile elements, provide extra protection against counterfeiting.
- We take pride in the fact that all developments and designs were carried out by our specialists. Although some materials were imported, the main work was done by our engineers and designers, - he emphasized.
Chokoev added that, according to global standards, the creation of a single document takes about two years, but the "Uchkun" team managed to complete this task four times faster. All new samples have undergone independent laboratory testing and comply with international ISO and ICAO standards.
