During the IV People's Kurultai, the delegate from the Jayil district, Mirlan Dzhusupbekov, delivered a sharp criticism of several government institutions, highlighting serious systemic issues in their operations.
He noted that many ministries face significant shortcomings, which are due both to a lack of technical resources and insufficient effectiveness of management decisions. Among the mentioned agencies were the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry, as well as the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy.
“Some agencies suffer from a lack of necessary equipment, while others face problems at the level of thinking,” emphasized Dzhusupbekov, adding that this situation negatively affects the quality of public services provided to the population.
