In response to the words of the former chairman of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes, Syimyk Zhapikeev, expressed in Ernist Kiyazov's podcast, Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the president's information policy service, stated that Zhapikeev allegedly claimed there is some "circle" consisting of him, Kanibek Tumanbaev, and a few others who supposedly do not allow others to meet with the president.

Orunbekov reminded Zhapikeev that the time for "kitchen conversations," when rumors could be spread without consequence, has long passed. "Syimyk mırza, it seems you are used to speaking without control. I urge you not to spread lies and slander," he noted.

According to him, the president himself decides whom to meet with and does not seek permission from anyone. Orunbekov emphasized that the head of state is aware of current events in the country and receives information firsthand, including speeches from delegates at the kurultai.

Moreover, he pointed out that if necessary, the president can communicate directly with local and district leaders to obtain the required data.

Orunbekov also mentioned that he himself rarely contacts the president, as his activities are related to the overall information policy, and the press secretary is close to the head of state.

In conclusion, he urged Zhapikeev to stop spreading "lies and slander," calling him a "kitchen general."
