At the initiative of President Sadyr Japarov, discussions are currently underway regarding the creation of a specialized shelter for the temporary accommodation of parents of children suffering from oncological diseases who are undergoing treatment in Bishkek. This information was announced during an unscheduled inspection of the pediatric oncology department of the National Center for Oncology and Medical Radiology (NCOMR), conducted by Acting Minister of Health Kanbek Dosmambetov.
The shelter will be intended for parents whose children are undergoing long-term treatment in medical institutions in the capital.
It is expected that the implementation of this project will create comfortable living conditions for families, help reduce their social and financial burden, and improve access to highly specialized medical care.
