On November 22, a robbery occurred in Paris during which valuables, including watches, were stolen. Law enforcement agencies in the second district of the judicial police were able to quickly locate the suspects and apprehend them, BFMTV reports.

As a result of the investigation, two men, who are originally from Algeria, were arrested and charged with theft. During a search, police officers found the stolen watches and returned them to the former president.
