The installation of solar panels will allow the school to significantly reduce its electricity expenses, which previously amounted to between 2 to 3 million tugriks (approximately 563–844 US dollars) per month. Now, with the transition to solar energy, the institution has become less dependent on central power supply and is saving substantial funds. According to the local administration, the system also has the capability to periodically generate excess electricity that can be sent to the general grid. The governor of the Chingeltei district, Manduul Nyamandaleg, noted that this project not only improves the energy security of the school but also reduces operational costs. Furthermore, it serves as an example for other educational institutions that may follow this path.
