According to Resolution No. 24/34, adopted by the Council of Representatives of Citizens of the capital, new rules regarding the provision of incentive payments for citizens who report violations came into effect on November 1, 2025.
According to Article 34 of the Law on Crime Prevention, both individuals and legal entities actively participating in actions to prevent offenses can expect incentive payments of up to 20 percent.
Additional instructions for registering a personal bank account (IBAN) to receive these payments will also be provided.
