In the SNSC's statement, it was indicated that this individual posed as an assistant to the chairman of the SNSC, Kamchybek Tashiev, and, using a fabricated friendship with his son, deceitfully obtained the sum of $26,300 from one of the businessmen.
The suspect in the fraud case was arrested, identified as B.K.B., born in 1996.
According to the GPS, this person is originally from the Naryn region. In June 2025, he submitted documents to join the reserve staff of the GPS. However, during the verification process, it was revealed that his younger brother, B.A.B., born in 2000, had been convicted on November 13, 2024, under Article 282, Part 2, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic for an offense related to the illegal manufacture of drugs for sale by a group of individuals in conspiracy. He was sentenced to 3 years of probation. In light of the above, on August 6, the candidate was denied employment.
