According to available information, investigative actions are being carried out in connection with large-scale fraud and previously received complaints about domestic violence.
The investigation suggests that in 2022, born in 1966, Berdiev deceitfully took possession of funds that he used for personal needs.
Additionally, law enforcement agencies received complaints from his wife about domestic violence. These complaints have been registered and are under review in accordance with the law. The work of the investigative services continues.

It is worth noting that Akkulu Berdiev was previously complained about by his wife, Bermet Ormonova, who approached the head of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev. The woman, being the mother of five children and at the age of 60, reported incidents of violence by her husband.
“I wait every day for him to return and start beating me. He also kicks me out of our house. We built this home ourselves, but he claims it belongs to his sister. Despite the fact that he has been married several times, I forgave him for the sake of the children. But when he started raising his hand against them and me, I was forced to seek help, as our lives were in danger,” said Bermet Ormonova, accusing her husband of polygamy.
