The organization conducting private youth parties in Bishkek has been shut down
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, the activities of one of the organizations that held closed parties for youth have been terminated. This became known thanks to information provided by the Main Department of Internal Affairs (MDIA).
Law enforcement agencies reported that in order to ensure the protection of moral values and prevent negative influences on youth, they regularly conduct preventive and operational-search activities.
On January 6, information was received that closed parties were taking place in Bishkek, the results of which were later posted on social networks and messengers.
This information was recorded in the automated information system (AIS ZHUI) of the MDIA.
During the preliminary investigation, it was established that the parties were closed events organized according to a pre-developed plan, with changing locations, as the events were held in rented premises.
As a result of the operation, five individuals were detained: T.I. (born in 2002), I.A. (born in 1996), O.G. (born in 2001), R.D. (born in 1999), and J.A. (born in 2001). Administrative protocols were drawn up against them under Article 109 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the distribution of pornographic materials. Each of the detainees was fined 10,000 soms. The activities of the parties were halted.
The MDIA urged citizens to adhere to public moral norms and the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasizing the responsibility for the distribution of pornographic materials.
