The incident occurred on January 14, 2026. In the morning, at the intersection of Jibek Jolu Avenue and Osmonkul Street, an unknown individual, threatening with a weapon, got into a conflict with another driver, breaking the windshields in the process. After that, he fled the scene.
As a result of operational-search activities, the identity of the alleged offender was established. He turned out to be S. F., born in 1975. He was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs.
Necessary investigative actions are being conducted as part of the criminal case. The gun used in the conflict is a gas pneumatic weapon and has been seized for further examination.
