On January 26, the court's press service informed the editorial office of "AKIpress Digest" that the court granted the request of the senior investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Investigative Service and allowed the transfer to house arrest until March 17:
- the accused under Article 41 part 2, Article 36, Article 278 part 1 ("Organization in preparation for mass riots") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic A.Sh.K. [Atazov Shailoobek Karybekovich];
- the accused under Article 41 part 2, Article 36, Article 278 part 1 ("Organization in preparation for mass riots") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic K.N.K.;
- the accused under Article 41 part 2, Article 36, Article 326 ("Organization in preparation for violent seizure of power") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic K.K.B. [Kadyrov Kubanychbek Bekbosunovich].
In addition to them, among the detainees were Kadir Atambaev, Temirlan Sultanbekov, Damir Musakeev, and others, who were detained on November 22, 2025, and subsequently placed in pre-trial detention center No. 1.
