The applicant noted that the employer, born in 1993, had been hiring people for concrete work since 2024, promising a salary of 50,000 to 60,000 soms per month. However, payment for December 2025 had not been made.
The investigation established that approximately 7,200 cubic meters of concrete work had been completed during the specified period. The total amount received from the contracting company was over 43.4 million soms, of which more than 3.1 million soms were paid in taxes.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud. The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation is ongoing.
