According to the police, users actively commented on these publications, expressing opinions and calls that could lead to destabilization of the situation in society and provoke mass protests. The main focus of the materials was on the closure of private driving schools.
In connection with the above, the Investigative Service initiated a criminal case under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which covers mass riots and calls for resistance to lawful demands of authorities.
As a result of the operation, M.T., born in 1994, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The Bishkek City Police Department clarified that the detainee is the head of the LLC "Aidoochulardy Dayardoo Borboru" ("Driver Training Center").
Currently, necessary investigative actions and checks are ongoing.
