It has been reported that investigative actions are being conducted regarding a robbery that occurred on January 1. It is reported that around 8:00 PM in the new building "Ak-Bata," a group of unknown individuals openly seized a Redmi 15C mobile phone worth 10,000 soms, belonging to citizen O.Sh., and then fled the scene. In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to robbery.
As a result of operational measures carried out by the employees of the Criminal Investigation Department (UUR) of the capital's GUVD, the suspects, born in 2007, 2008, and 2010, were identified and detained.
According to preliminary data, one of the detainees may be involved in a number of property crimes committed in Bishkek. The stolen mobile phones were passed on for further sale. Some of them, including a Samsung A7, Redmi 11, and iPhone 7, were voluntarily returned during the investigation.
Currently, additional investigative and operational measures are ongoing to identify all episodes of illegal activity and possible other victims.
