The incident resulted from a visit by the parties involved in the enforcement proceedings to the Osh city department to check for overdue alimony based on a court order from the Kara-Suu District Court issued on February 28, 2020. The total amount of arrears was 51,737 soms.
During the inspection, the Service noted that no conflict situations or illegal actions were recorded during the verification. After completing all procedures, the participants in the incident left the office.
Representatives of the agency emphasized: "The events that led to the dispute occurred outside the walls of our department and are not related to the activities of the Bailiff Service staff."
At the same time, on February 11, investigative authorities initiated a criminal case regarding the use of physical violence, according to Article 131, Part 2, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code.
According to the results of the forensic medical examination, the victim sustained health damage categorized as less severe.
A copy of the ruling on the initiation of the criminal case was sent to the prosecutor of the city of Osh, and the case is under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
