According to the agency, during planned activities to identify violations in the operation of these institutions, cases of the use of unacceptable treatment methods were established.
In the message from the security services, it was also noted that employees and managers of these centers used violence against patients, including the use of physical force, stun guns, as well as tying people to chairs and beds. This led to serious physical and psychological injuries to the victims, as reported by the SCNS.
Additionally, strong psychoactive drugs were found and seized in the premises of the centers, the use of which also occurred in relation to patients.
As a result of operational actions, seven people were detained, including the managers and employees of the mentioned centers: E. u. Ch., K.K.B., R.F.S., Zh.A.Z., K.E., R.V.G., and M.A.A. All of them were placed in custody by court decision.
The SCNS is currently continuing necessary activities to clarify all circumstances of the incident. A corresponding legal assessment of the situation will be provided soon.
