At the same time, operational investigative actions were being conducted as part of a criminal case initiated under Article 205 of the Criminal Code. Based on the collected operational information, search warrants were obtained for the homes of the organized crime group members.
During the search of one of the detainees, 36-year-old M.N., a 12-gauge firearm was found and seized. A forensic ballistic examination has been appointed.
In addition, during the search at the residence of 60-year-old S.M., another member of the organized crime group, a 29-year-old S.A. was detained. According to law enforcement, he had been wanted since 2021 on charges of large-scale fraud, announced by the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
According to the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court, S.A. has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
