A statement was received from A. M., who requested measures to be taken against the coach who trains her daughter E. A., born in 2019. According to the applicant, on December 24, 2025, her daughter sustained serious injuries during warm-up at practice.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding this incident under Article 130 "Causing serious harm to health" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of investigative actions, the identity of the coach, A. N., born in 2002, was established. She was taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
