A conversation was held with the resident of Manas to clarify the situation
On February 20, 2026, in the city of Manas, an active Instagram user known as "M.A.A." posted a video message that caused public resonance. In this video, he expressed his opinion on the current socio-political situation in the Kyrgyz Republic and speculated about potential interregional conflicts. This was reported by the press center of the GKNB.
Following this, a preventive conversation was held with "M.A.A.", during which he was informed about the inadmissibility of spreading false information and speculation regarding conflicts between state bodies. The committee emphasized that such statements could only exacerbate interregional tensions.
As a result of this work, "M.A.A." deleted the previously posted materials and published a retraction.
The GKNB also reminded that actions contributing to inciting hatred or hostility on various grounds may lead to legal liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
