According to available information, on January 30, in the evening, a local resident reported to the police that his iPhone 17 Pro Max, valued at 150,000 soms, had been stolen at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Shopokov Street.
As a result of operational measures, a citizen named K.B., born in 2000, was detained. He has been repeatedly held criminally liable and is registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a member of an organized crime group and a pickpocket.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 205 ("Theft") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
It has been established that the detained individual was wanted and is involved in four cases of pickpocketing that occurred in public places in the capital. During the interrogation, he voluntarily handed over four mobile phones to the police, which were obtained through criminal means.
