Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that Kuban Adyl uulu was the head of the organized group, responsible for coordinating actions, interacting with law enforcement agencies, and financial support. As a result, he received a 9-year prison sentence.
The court also issued decisions on other defendants:
- K. A. O. (born in 1987), a citizen of another country who participated in combat operations abroad, was detained with a combat grenade, ammunition, and drones. Sentenced to 9 years in prison.
- A. u. M., also a citizen of a foreign state, was detained with a pistol and narcotic substances. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
- M. M. T., a specialist in drones and explosive devices, came to Kyrgyzstan to participate in the riots. Sentenced to 9 years in prison.
- B. T. N., a coordinator from the Chuy region who was involved in financing and recruiting participants, received a 13-year prison sentence.
- K. D. S., also from the Chuy region, who agitated participants and financed activities, was sentenced to 9 years.
- Ch. A. S., responsible for recruiting and paying participants, received a 9-year prison sentence.
