During the operation in the village of Ak-Tatyr, border guards detained a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, born in 1988. In his Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle, there were 10 calves that he intended to smuggle into a neighboring country, bypassing official border checkpoints.

The detained individual and his cargo were taken to the SBS unit, where officials began to investigate the situation and prepare the necessary documents.
The State Border Service reminds that strict legal responsibility is provided for violations of border regulations and the illegal movement of goods or animals.
It should also be noted that there is a ban on the export of livestock in Kyrgyzstan, which was introduced to stabilize meat prices in the domestic market.
