The investigative team that arrived at the scene discovered the body of a 67-year-old local resident in one of the houses. It was established that a conflict erupted between the homeowner, 50-year-old Sh.R., and his neighbor T.I., born in 1958, during a joint drinking session. During the quarrel, Sh.R. stabbed his neighbor in the thigh, who subsequently died from blood loss.

In connection with these events, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 "Causing serious harm to health" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. The suspect was detained in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the necessary examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing.
