The issue surfaced thanks to a video that appeared on social media, which discussed improperly parked cars. In particular, the footage shows a Lixiang L7 PRO vehicle with the license plate 01KG065AB leaving the parking spot.
According to the press service of the Patrol Police Department, on February 26, around 9:30 PM, a complaint was received from residents at 13 Toygonbaeva Street regarding improperly parked cars.
Upon arrival, the patrol officers confirmed the information: several cars were parked along the road, violating the "No Parking" sign and obstructing traffic.
“It was established that one of the vehicles belonged to deputy Erlan Kokulov. He arrived at the scene and expressed dissatisfaction with the report being drawn up,” representatives of the patrol service reported.
During the conflict, Kokulov stated that he was an "untouchable person," adding that he was not the one driving. Inspector Nadyrbek Jusupov reminded him that the deputy had previously admitted to violating traffic rules.
Kokulov also expressed the opinion that the patrol officers had no right to approach him at night and suggested resolving the issue the next day, claiming that he was not the one who parked the vehicle.
As a result, the Patrol Police Department officially drew up a report for improper parking.
