According to the ministry, a citizen identified as L.S.V., born in 1971, was detained in Bishkek. He is wanted by law enforcement agencies in Kazakhstan on charges of organizing a criminal group, fraud, and large-scale embezzlement.

The damage caused by the actions of the criminal group amounts to 183.6 million tenge of Kazakhstan.
Additionally, in Cholpon-Ata, located in the Issyk-Kul region, another citizen, K.D.M., born in 1980, was detained. He is also wanted internationally for large-scale fraud.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, this man used a passport of a Kyrgyz citizen issued under a different name. Currently, the competent authorities are verifying the legality of obtaining this document.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that investigative actions are ongoing.
