The suspect in the violence has been detained and placed in a detention center.
On March 4, a woman named Sh.Y., born in 1989, contacted the internal affairs authorities of the Jayil district. She reported the need for action against her common-law husband, Y.F., born in 1991. This information was provided by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region.
According to her, in a domestic setting, her husband inflicted both physical and psychological violence on her.
It was also revealed that their underage son, A.Ch., born in 2008, was attacked, resulting in him being beaten and struck on the head, which caused him to lose consciousness.
A preliminary medical examination showed that A.Ch. was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion, and a possible nasal fracture.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 177 "Domestic Violence" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of operational-search activities, Y.F., born in 1991, was detained.
He is currently in custody at a temporary detention facility.
