According to the provided information, on February 28, 2026, a citizen named M.H., born in 1988, approached the Tokmok police department for assistance regarding an incident that occurred the day before. He stated that on February 27, around 10:30 PM, near his home on Sarbagyshev Street, a group of unknown individuals inflicted bodily harm on him and his brothers.
A medical certificate issued by the Tokmok Central Hospital confirms that M.H. and his brother M.A., born in 1996, were diagnosed with closed traumatic brain injury, concussion, as well as contusions and other injuries.
In connection with this incident, the investigative service of the Tokmok police department opened a criminal case under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects — Sh.A. and P.S., both born in 2007, and detain them.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility. The city court has imposed a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of one month.
During the investigation, necessary forensic medical examinations have been appointed. Currently, investigative actions and operational measures are being conducted to clarify all circumstances of the incident, as well as to identify possible accomplices.
