On March 6, a 16-year-old resident of the Alaï district contacted the police, reporting what had happened in one of the private homes in the capital. According to him, he and his drinking companion, born in 1992, were consuming alcohol when a conflict arose between them.
According to the victim's account, as a result of the quarrel, his companion attacked him, raped him, and threw him out of the house.
Preliminary data indicates that the victim has bodily injuries, which corroborates his account of the violent incident.
The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility, and necessary investigative measures are currently being conducted.
