As part of the investigation initiated under Article 336, Part 1 ("Corruption"), it was established that K.B.B., born in 1972, while serving as the director of the RBC, conspired with the head of the company LLC "M". According to the investigation, the purpose of this conspiracy was the illegal extraction of budget funds on a large scale. For this purpose, expensive medical equipment was installed at the Center, including a Cobas S201 PCR laboratory and an ARCHITECT Plus and ABBOTT IHL laboratory.
Furthermore, the former director entered into a contract with LLC "M" for the supply of necessary reagents for the PCR and IHL laboratories at the RBC. Over five years, this company supplied reagents at inflated prices, and as a "kickback," transferred a certain amount of money to the director.
A financial and economic audit revealed that from 2020 to 2025, the state suffered a loss of 36 million soms.
On March 5, K.B.B. was placed in the GKNB detention center, and a legal assessment of the actions of the head of LLC "M" will be conducted.
The initials K.B.B. correspond to Karabaev Bakyt Baisalbekovich, who served as the director of the RBC from 2012 until August 2025.
