According to information received on March 7, 2026, a woman named B.A. contacted the police department of the Alamudun district, reporting an incident involving her father, B.B., born in 1965. She stated that around 0:30 in her home in the village of Kara-Zhyjach, her father became a victim of an attack by a citizen named A.
During the investigation, it was established that a conflict arose between B.B. and I.A., born in 1964. Both men were under the influence of alcohol and were consuming alcoholic beverages, which led to the quarrel.
During the conflict, I.A., unable to control his emotions, beat B.B. with his hands and a stick. Despite the victim's serious condition, the suspect threw him down the steps of his house into the yard, after which B.B. lost consciousness. I.A. did not provide first aid and left the scene of the incident.
As a result of his actions, B.B. suffered serious bodily harm and is currently receiving treatment at the 4th City Clinical Hospital.
Based on the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious bodily harm.
Police officers conducted operational-search activities, as a result of which the suspect I.A., born in 1964, was identified and detained. His detention occurred in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
