According to the police, on the night of February 12, 2026, at around 5:10 AM, a report was received by the "102" service from the City Clinical Hospital stating that a man with a serious head injury had been brought in. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that on the same day, T. M. became a victim of an attack on Kurmandzhan Datka Street during a verbal altercation with unknown individuals. The investigation suggests that he was struck with an object, which has not yet been identified, after which the assailants fled the scene.
In connection with this case, the investigative service of the Sverdlovsk District's Internal Affairs Department initiated a criminal case under Article 130 "Causing Serious Bodily Harm" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational activities, district management employees, in cooperation with the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek, were able to identify and detain the suspects: S. M., K. A., and N. K., all born in 1991.
The suspects were taken to the investigative service and, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek. The investigation is ongoing.
