According to Zh. E., later O. A. also rented two Hyundai Sonatas, priced at $12,000 and $12,500 respectively. Of the total amount of $40,500, it is reported that only $20,500 was paid, after which the suspect ceased communication.
As a result of this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers were able to establish the whereabouts of the suspect, O. A., born in 1981. He was arrested and taken to the investigative department, and then placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
