Some comments on these publications contained statements that could provoke destabilization of the situation and mass riots.
In connection with these events, the investigative department of the main internal affairs department of Bishkek initiated a criminal case under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning calls for mass riots.
As a result of operational activities, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State National Security Committee established that the fake account belonged to a journalist born in 1976 with the initials A.A. She was detained.

On March 10, a search was conducted at her residence. As a result, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, a video camera, documents, and other items relevant to the investigation were seized.
On March 11, the suspect was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Internal Affairs Department. Currently, necessary examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing.
