As a result of an inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Uzgen district in the Osh region, it was revealed that employees of one of the preschool institutions used the passport details of citizen K.B. and, through deception, formally employed him. At the same time, social contributions were deducted in his name, and the salary accrued in his name was misappropriated.
As a result of these actions, the payment of the state benefit "Үй-бүлөгө көмөк" (Family Assistance), which had been assigned to citizen K.B. for his four minor children, was halted, as he was recognized as in need.
Based on the above, the prosecutor's office of the Uzgen district initiated a criminal case under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Necessary investigative measures are currently being conducted.
