The investigation established that the detainee is a trusted person of Kadyr Dosonov, better known as "Dzhengo," a member of a criminal group. The press service emphasized that he adheres to criminal ideology.
As part of the criminal case initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale"), work is underway to identify other participants in the criminal scheme.
