The State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported the prevention of several attempts to illegally export cattle across the border with Tajikistan.

In the Leylek area, near the border, border guards stopped a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle. The drivers were citizens of Kyrgyzstan, born in 1988 and 1989. Inside the vehicle, 12 heads of cattle were found, which lacked the necessary veterinary and accompanying documents.

Additionally, in the Batken region, in the Karim-Bak area, another 12 heads of cattle were discovered, which were being prepared for illegal transportation.

Later, in the International area of the Leylek district, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan born in 1989 was detained while attempting to smuggle 14 heads of cattle across the border bypassing official checkpoints.

Moreover, in Sada, located in the Leylek district, border guards prevented the export of one bull using a cargo scooter "Muravey." In this case, two individuals were detained.

During further actions, the border guards encountered three unknown individuals who were trying to transport two heads of cattle. Upon attempting to detain them, they managed to escape onto neighboring territory, leaving the animals behind.

As a result of the operations conducted, a total of 41 heads of cattle were detained, presumably intended for illegal export outside the country.

All detained individuals and the confiscated cattle were taken to the border service units for further investigation and the processing of necessary documents.
