The facts of such actions violate the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Notaries," as well as the Government Resolution dated February 19, 2026, No. 121. According to these documents, payment of the state duty must be made exclusively before the notarial action is performed and only in non-cash form (via bank transfers). It was also revealed that the amount of illegally obtained funds ranged from 1,000 to 20,000 soms, depending on the complexity of the notarial actions performed.
